This time we’ll take a look at the fairytale about a headless approach that really paid off. With about €15 000 000 of yearly revenue, the hero of this tale decided to ditch WooCommerce and Wordpress and go headless with Sylius. But let’s start from the beginning.

Padoa is a French SaaS company and the market leader in occupational health and prevention management software for SPSTI in France. Its platform supports the occupational health management of 8 million employees across the country. To extend its ecosystem, Padoa worked with Cocolabs, a French agency specializing in digital marketplaces, to build Prego - a B2B marketplace connecting companies with certified providers of occupational safety training, prevention consulting, and regulatory equipment inspections. The project was built on Sylius Plus.

Bocklip is a French brand founded in 2025, specializing in premium fronts for kitchen, living room, wardrobe, and bathroom furniture based on IKEA and Leroy Merlin collections. By redesigning standard furniture units, the company offers tailored solutions across a wide range of forms, finishes, and colors. All fronts are made to order in France or Europe, with a strong focus on quality and responsible production. Alongside its online presence, Bocklip operates four showrooms in France and recently expanded delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as part of its European growth. To support this expansion, Bocklip continued developing its digital platform on Sylius, working with Synolia, a long-term Sylius partner, to adapt the existing setup to new market and business needs.
