Your Day at PS Summit 2026: The Sessions, Speakers, and People Worth Meeting in Lyon

On November 5, we are bringing the Sylius and PrestaShop communities together in Lyon for the PS Summit 2026 Conferences & Exhibition Day. More than 500 merchants, agencies, developers, and technology partners will spend a full day on the questions that shape open-source commerce: where both platforms are heading, how B2B projects actually get built, and what AI changes for the teams behind online stores.

We built the program around people who ship projects. Two conference tracks run side by side, the exhibition area gathers the partners behind many of your stores, and the Before & After Party.

This guide covers everything you need to plan your day: the program, the people on stage, the evening, and the hotels closest to the venue.

One Day, Two Stages: What You Will Take Home from PS Summit

The day runs under one theme: the future of open-source eCommerce through the PrestaShop and Sylius lens. Two tracks run in parallel, one in the Auditorium and one in Foyer, so you can build your own path through the day. Almost all sessions are in English.

Track 1: Auditorium

The main stage is about the decisions that shape an eCommerce business. It opens with a keynote from Mikołaj Król, CEO of PrestaShop and Sylius, on where both ecosystems are heading, followed by a look at how PrestaShop is taking the pain out of upgrades.

B2B takes center stage before lunch. Leaders from Sylius and PrestaShop sit down with two implementation agencies to compare the platforms as two different bets rather than a scorecard. Expect honest answers to the questions that decide real projects: how much of a B2B build is custom code, how the ERP integration shapes everything else, and what maintenance looks like three years in.

In the afternoon, the focus moves to growth and customer experience. You will hear how AI agents are changing the way people shop and what that means for brand visibility and loyalty, how lifecycle automation turns one-time buyers into repeat customers, and how checkout, delivery, and returns can work as one connected journey. One of the most unusual stories of the day comes from Gracjan Józefczyk and Alexandru Dan Olaru: a Sylius store launched in 2018 that grew into a full healthcare platform with doctors, pharmacies, subscriptions, and AI, without replacing its foundation.

French-speaking merchants can join a round table on how they grow their business with PrestaShop. The day closes on the main stage with the Community Awards.

Track 2: Foyer

The second room goes deeper into product and engineering. If your team runs Sylius today, start here: Magdalena Sadowska, who has been with Sylius since 2015, shares an honest post-mortem of Sylius 2.0 and puts the current ideas for Sylius 3.0 on the table, with room for the audience to push back.

AI is a recurring thread, but always in practical terms. Ben Marks of The PHP Foundation looks at what AI means for open-source communities. PrestaShop’s security team explains how AI-generated vulnerability reports have changed their work and what module developers and agencies can put in place right now. Michał Pysiak from the Sylius team explores why an AI assistant that knows PHP still needs to learn how your specific Sylius project works, and a live demo shows PrestaShop’s own AI assistant at work in a real store.

The afternoon brings the agency perspective. Soledis and Emagma share the features they rely on most in PrestaShop and Sylius projects. Hello Pomelo closes the track with a B2B case study: a timber trade business that moved to Sylius Plus through Elesto so professionals can order online under the same terms they get at the counter.

Times and room assignments for every session are on the event website.

Who you will hear on stage

We wanted the stage to reflect the whole ecosystem, not just the companies behind the software. That is why the lineup brings together the people who build Sylius and PrestaShop, the teams that implement them for clients, the partners whose tools run inside many stores, and the merchants who depend on all of it every day.

The Sylius and PrestaShop teams

The people who shape both platforms will be in the room and on stage. Mikołaj Król, CEO of PrestaShop and Sylius, opens and closes the day. From PrestaShop, you will hear Olivier Binet, Krystian Podemski, Paule Morizot, Angelo Aouad, and members of the Core security team. From Sylius, Przemysław Połeć joins the B2B panel and Michał Pysiak brings the developer perspective on AI in Sylius projects. It is a rare chance to ask product and engineering questions directly to the people who make the decisions.

cyber_Pixel Group

Sylius and PrestaShop are part of cyber_Pixel Group, and the group’s leaders take part in the conversation about where the platforms go next. Magdalena Sadowska, Group VP of Product, shares what Sylius 2.0 taught the team about Sylius 3.0. Radosław Żurawski, the group’s CSO, joins the B2B panel.

Technology partners

The tools behind payments, shipping, marketing, and hosting are represented too. PayPal, Sendcloud, GetResponse, cyber_Folks, and Stripe share how their solutions fit into eCommerce projects and what they see changing, from agentic commerce to delivery and retention.

Implementation partners and agencies

The agencies that build on both platforms bring the most practical view of the day. Hello Pomelo, Waynet, Soledis, Emagma, 202 ecommerce, and BitBag speak from projects they have delivered: what worked, where the complexity sits, and how they handle B2B requirements, integrations, and long-term maintenance.

Developers and architects

Several sessions come from people who write the code. Gracjan Józefczyk, Sylius Key Contributor and creator of Sylius Academy, and Alexandru Dan Olaru, a Commerce Architect from Manual who has run Sylius in production since 2021, share how a Sylius project grew into a healthcare platform. Ben Marks of The PHP Foundation brings the wider open-source perspective.

Merchants

Merchants speak for themselves. Anatole Rozan, co-founder and CEO of Ma Coque, shows how his store uses PrestaShop’s AI assistant, and a French-language round table gives merchants the floor to share how they grow their business. Merchant projects also sit at the center of several partner case studies, including a timber trade business that moved its B2B sales online.

Beyond the Summit: Two Evenings Together

The PS Summit experience goes beyond the conference stage. Join the community for two evenings filled with conversations, networking and celebration.

🕐 8 PM–12 AM

The exhibition area

Throughout the day, our sponsors are on the expo floor with live demos and time for real conversations. Payments, shipping, PIM, marketing automation, hosting, and implementation partners are all in one place, which makes it easy to check specific requirements in a single afternoon.

The talks explain where commerce is heading. The exhibition area is where you check how it works for your own business. Throughout the day, our sponsors are on the expo floor with live demos, product experts, and time for conversations that go beyond a sales pitch.

For merchants and eCommerce leaders, it is a practical shortcut. Instead of weeks of separate vendor calls, you can compare payment providers, shipping and logistics tools, product information management, marketing automation, and implementation partners in a single afternoon, all with people who know the Sylius and PrestaShop ecosystems.

For agencies and developers, it is a chance to talk integration details with the teams behind the plugins and APIs you work with, and to meet potential partners for upcoming projects.

What you will find on the expo floor

  • Payments: PayPal, Mollie, and CAWL
  • Shipping and logistics: Sendcloud and Shippingbo
  • Product data: Pimcore and Ergonode
  • Marketing and customer engagement: GetResponse, Connectif, and Société des Avis Garantis
  • Store management: Store Commander
  • Implementation partners and agencies: BitBag, Soledis, Synolia, ACSEO, and more

Make the most of your visit

Come with two or three concrete questions about your current setup, such as an integration that slows your team down or a process you want to automate. The coffee area, lunch buffet, and closing cocktail are all set up around the expo, so the breaks are the easiest time to drop by without missing a session.

Our sponsors

Thank you to every sponsor for helping us make PS Summit possible. See all sponsor profiles on the event website.

The Sylius team will be at the event all day as co-organizers. If you want to talk through a project, a platform decision, or an upgrade path, come and find us between sessions or at the evening events.

Where to stay

The Centre de Congrès de Lyon sits in the Cité Internationale, between the Rhône and the Parc de la Tête d’Or. These hotels are all within walking distance, which makes the 9 AM check-in on November 5 an easy start.

November is a busy month for events in Lyon, so we recommend booking early.

Staying for the After Party? It takes place on Quai du Général Sarrail in the 6th arrondissement, about 2 km from the venue. A hotel in the Brotteaux area is a practical alternative if you plan to stay late.

Getting there

The Centre de Congrès de Lyon is located in the Cité Internationale district, between the Rhône and Parc de la Tête d’Or.

Estimated journey times by public transport:

  • From Lyon Part-Dieu train station – approximately 20 minutes [route] 🚆
  • From Lyon Perrache coach station – approximately 30–40 minutes [route] 🚌
  • From Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport – approximately 50 minutes via Rhônexpress and bus C1 [route] ✈️

You can also use buses C2, 69 or 70 and get off at Cité Internationale – Transbordeur, located a short walk from the venue.

For live schedules, service updates and the most convenient connection, check the TCL journey planner.

Vélo’v bikes are also available throughout the city, with docking stations around the Cité Internationale.

See you in Lyon

Merchants, eCommerce leaders, and agencies: join us for two conference tracks, the expo, and the After Party. Plan your sessions in advance, since several Sylius talks run in parallel with PrestaShop sessions.

Developers: the Sylius sessions on the upgrade path, AI tooling, and B2B architecture are built with you in mind.

Evaluating a platform or planning an upgrade? Bring your questions. The people who build Sylius and the partners who implement it will be in the same building all day.
