Sylius is an emerging Open Source e-commerce platform with a commercial version for enterprises. We build software that is used by a worldwide community, including companies like Dr Oetker, Jägermeister, Athletic Bilbao, or REISS. What we need from you
2+ years of professional experience in Symfony production
Experience in the eCommerce industry
Real-world API experience
PHP ^7.3, Symfony ^4.4|^5.0
English B2/C1 (read and write code documentation)
What will be your additional advantage?
MySQL, GIT, REST, GraphQL, API Platform
Experience in working with Sylius before
A habit to do code review and using best practices (TDD, BDD, DDD, etc.)
DevOps/Full-stack and Docker experience
Test automation tools (PHPUnit, phpspec, Behat, EasyCodingStandard (PHP CS Fixer + PHP_CodeSniffer), PHPStan or their equivalents in other programming languages)
Being a cool, savvy person with self-management skills and low attachment to your ego
You will
be working on one of the biggest polish open-source projects that have a giant community worldwide (4200+ community developers on public Slack)
have fully tested, CI/CD covered development pipelines
be responsible for your solutions
have a possibility of pair programming, problem grooming, event storming, mentoring in a team that has a profound experience in sharing knowledge
be working with world leaders of BDD
be developing in small Scrum Team
