That was the case for Fortrade, a furniture trading company with 20 years of experience, serving both individual customers and furniture retailers across domestic and international markets. The majority of Fortrade’s B2B sales were already handled through the online store, which made the platform a critical part of the business. As the company grew, it became clear that the existing setup no longer provided the flexibility, speed, or reliability needed to support wholesale operations at scale.

Silvera has established itself as a true authority in the world of high-end design furniture - 30 years in the industry, 20 showrooms across Europe, and partnerships with over 500 premium brands. The physical foundation was solid. The digital side was a different story. By 2023, the platform was split between PrestaShop for eCommerce and WordPress for content, and the cracks were showing. Managing a complex catalog across B2B and B2C channels, handling advanced product variants, running multi-store operations and staying in sync with the Lightspeed ERP had all become bigger challenges than the existing setup could handle.

Bocklip is a French brand founded in 2025, specializing in premium fronts for kitchen, living room, wardrobe, and bathroom furniture based on IKEA and Leroy Merlin collections. By redesigning standard furniture units, the company offers tailored solutions across a wide range of forms, finishes, and colors. All fronts are made to order in France or Europe, with a strong focus on quality and responsible production. Alongside its online presence, Bocklip operates four showrooms in France and recently expanded delivery to the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany as part of its European growth. To support this expansion, Bocklip continued developing its digital platform on Sylius, working with Synolia, a long-term Sylius partner, to adapt the existing setup to new market and business needs.
