Hey folks!
We are delighted to see the growing interest in Sylius. What is even more pleasing, other companies and communities are keen on organising meetups dedicated to our beloved platform. The coming week will bring two events in Berlin, where you can get to know more about our solutions. If you decide to come to German capital to deepen your knowledge about our product or if you just want to keep your ear to the ground of Sylius community, here comes how it is going to look like in time order.
The newest Code.talks conference will be dedicated to eCommerce development. Therefore, it goes without saying that Sylius must be involved! This time Paweł is coming with a speech: Combining CMS with eCommerce Thanks to APIs. You will find out how easy eCommerce content management may be thanks to our API development in Sylius. During the talk Paweł will present practical examples and tips how to achieve this new kind of integration.
You will find Sylius founder at 4 p.m. on Thursday, 27th of April in room “Kino 4”.

We’re delighted to invite you to the first ever Sylius hackathon in Berlin. The meetup is organised by our friends ** from **Coding Berlin and is completely FREE OF CHARGE.
To take part, you simply have to join the meetup here: https://www.meetup.com/CODING-BERLIN/events/238952133/ and come to the VOTUM GmbH headquarters at Umspannwerk in Berlin-Kreuzberg on April 29 and 30, 2017.
What is the plan?
We will start on Saturday with Paweł’s introduction speech and workshops led by Łukasz and Mateusz from the Sylius core team. Then, we are going to do a brainstorm, gather the best ideas and start coding. You can be sure that issues like customizing a shop application, creating a specific Sylius Symfony bundle or combining Sylius with a CMS framework like ezPlatform will be included. But we are not closing for any topics and encourage you to bring your own coding ideas. The most popular ones will be implemented during the hackathon.
On Sunday we will continue hacking and finish with Paweł’s summary. The event will be closed with a BBQ on the big roof terrace. We would love to hang out with you there!
Here is the agenda:
