5 Open Source apps to help you grow your business faster
As an enthusiast of all the Open Source applications, I decided to prepare a list of my favorite apps that will help you organize and grow your business.

Every month you pay another license fee? You’re a little bit tired of paying for every little needed application for your PC or smartphone? Well, I know how you feel. As an enthusiast of all the Open Source applications, I decided to prepare a list of my favorite apps that will help you organize and grow your business. For free!

Need something else than trello?

First of all, taiga.io. An Open Source project management platform for agile developers & designers and project managers who want a really beautiful tool that makes work truly enjoyable. If you’re using trello and you’re fed up with this app, taiga may become a great alternative. It’s pretty, it’s fresh and their makers won the „Best of 2019 Agile Tool” title recently. It’s really worth trying!

Need some help in 3D graphic design?

The answer is simple: Blender. It’s an Open Source 3D creation suite. It supports the entirety of the 3D pipeline—modeling, rigging, animation, simulation, rendering, compositing and motion tracking, even video editing and 2D design. There are a lot of opinions that interface could be easier but still – if it comes to free apps, Blender is the champion of 3D graphic design.

Need to sketch something important?

An app that will help you sketch almost every idea for your website. wirefreame.cc is a clutter-free, Open Source environment, so instead of many toolbars, you’ll get a very simple solution. You basically just draw rectangles and choose what would you want to put in there. You do it by dragging the mouse across the given canvas and selecting the option from the pop-up menu.

Need to record your very own podcast?

Podcasts are becoming more and more popular as a great way to build up your content strategy. Do you want to record them too? The answer here is pretty simple: Audacity. This Open Source app will let you record and edit anything you want in a very uncomplicated way. Moreover, you will get a wide range of additional effects that will take your recordings to another level. And I believe you already know we started our very own podcast. We can’t imagine using something other than Audacity.

Need to work on yourself?

We know it’s not so simple, but here we have Loop. This special Open Source app helps you create and maintain good habits, allowing you to achieve your long-term goals. Detailed graphs and statistics show you how your habits improved over time. The app is completely ad-free and Open Source. This a really good solution if you’d like to challenge yourself on a daily basis. The bad news is, it’s only for Android users.

So, this is the list of my favorite Open Source tools that help me a lot in my day-to-day work. Of course, this is a very subjective thing and I would like to know what are your favorite apps that allow you to grow your business faster and in a prettier way. Please, leave a comment or dm us in any way!
