Silvera has established itself as a true authority in the world of high-end design furniture. Their influence extends across major European cities, supported by a robust logistics infrastructure
and partnerships with some of the most prestigious brands in the industry. The brand’s physical strength was undeniable, but its digital ecosystem told a different story.

What was the problem?

By 2023, their digital platform was holding Silvera back. Split between Prestashop for eCommerce and WordPress for corporate content, the setup created inefficiencies, limited flexibility, and prevented proper scaling.

The most pressing challenge was managing a complex catalog across both B2B and B2C channels. Each segment required distinct product presentations and commercial rules, but the existing system couldn’t handle advanced variants, multi-store operations, or B2B quotation workflows.

Marketing and merchandising teams were constrained by a rigid back office
that prevented them from creating the dynamic experiences customers expected. At the same time, the platform struggled to synchronize with the Lightspeed ERP system, leaving data in silos and disrupting processes from inventory management to order fulfillment.
