E3 – personalized customer experience for electricity eCommerce
built by Creatim
In the electricity market, it is difficult to build a lasting competitive advantage through the product alone. Customers can switch providers easily, and there are no geographical boundaries that naturally limit competition. For E3, this meant that customer experience became a key part of brand differentiation, especially online. The company’s strategy was built around green energy and aimed at attracting modern, environmentally conscious customers. However, its previous website did not reflect the expectations of this audience. To remain competitive in a changing market, E3 needed to rethink its online presence and build a digital experience better aligned with the way modern customers evaluate and manage utility services.
ExtraLux – rethinking office supply distribution
built by Creatim
Office supplies are rarely noticed until they run out - and when they do, it usually means urgent orders, disrupted workflows, and unnecessary pressure on both sides of the supply chain. ExtraLux, a Slovenian B2B office supply retailer, saw this as a problem worth solving. Their idea was to move away from the reactive reorder model and instead keep optimized inventory directly at customer locations, replenishing it regularly and charging only for what was actually used. But making that work required more than a standard B2B webshop - the platform had to track inventory, handle monthly consumption reporting, and automate invoicing, all while still supporting traditional purchasing flows for customers who needed them.
Fortrade – when B2B furniture wholesale demands more
than basic eCommerce
built by Creatim
For wholesale businesses, the online store often needs to support much more than a standard purchasing flow. That was the case for Fortrade, a furniture trading company with 20 years of experience, serving both individual customers and furniture retailers across domestic and international markets. The majority of Fortrade’s B2B sales were already handled through the online store, which made the platform a critical part of the business. As the company grew, it became clear that the existing setup no longer provided the flexibility, speed, or reliability needed to support wholesale operations at scale.
ProSports – unifying B2C and B2B sportswear operations on one platform
built by Creatim
ProSports is a Slovenian sportswear retailer focused on hockey and skating, serving clubs, professionals, and enthusiasts across multiple countries. For a long time, their B2C store ran online while B2B orders were handled manually - and for a while, that worked. But as sales volume kept growing, the gap between the two became harder to ignore. Processing B2B orders by hand while running an automated B2C store created real operational friction, and the team spent increasing amounts of time on routine tasks that could have been automated. After two years weighing their options, ProSports decided to rebuild from scratch and bring both channels together on a single platform.
DZS: when school shopping
meets smart eCommerce
built by Creatim
Back-to-school shopping has become more complex over time. For DZS, one of Slovenia’s most recognized publishing houses, the challenge was not simply selling books online. It was designing an eCommerce experience that could support different customer groups, different buying journeys, and a purchasing process shaped by both schools and families. DZS serves a broad audience through its network of physical bookstores and its growing online channel. Its offer includes school supplies, educational books, office materials, and related products. As online sales became more important, the company needed a platform that could handle this complexity in a clear and convenient way.
E3
E3
built by Creatim
E3 is a key electricity retailer in Primorsk, Slovenia. The three Es stand for Energy, Ecology and Economics, which represents the company's values: caring for the environment and sustainable economical growth. E3 asked Creatim to rethink and rebuild its online business. Creatim proposed a solution that merges a self-service portal and a webshop into a single coherent experience. Since the solution is highly customized the agency decided to build it on the Sylius, a perfect starting point for atypical shops like E3.
ExtraLux

Extralux, a wholesale office supplier, conceived an innovative business model to optimize the availability of its products at a minimal cost. They asked Creatim to build a solution that draws on the distributed inventory model. By providing an optimized inventory at customers’ locations, refilling them regularly, and charging only for materials that have been used, the Extralux’s customers never run out of stock again.
